I’m a bit slow and possibly daft – Frightened Rabbit!

So as this post title goes, I am a bit slow and possibly daft (emphasis on the “daft”) as I have just started listening to the newest Frightened Rabbit album – “The Midnight Organ Fight”.  Did I mention I might be daft?

I have been listening since mid last week or so and I have to say, besides the album sounding very much indie and very much Scottish, it is most definitely a great ride.  I don’t really have anything to say about them as they are more or less a new band to me, despite what many other bloggers have been saying. I am just a bit daft and slow apparently to listen to my own brethren and am trying to catch up!  While Frightened Rabbit are not the poster band for “Slowcoustic”, I can recognize a great album when I hear it, and this is one (so far – hehe).

So, just to make sure we are all on the same page, I am heading back to listen now, but to ensure you don’t all have the same epiphany as I recently had until next week/year – here are a few tracks.  At least we will all be able to say we were listening in 2008…technically.
