Fred Squire on Camera Music and bonus collaborations

This is another reason why Scott Cudmore’s “Camera Music” series is a must watch (and listen).  Fred Squire clip from a private performance at SXSW 2009.

Visit Camera Music HERE for more performances from The Rural Alberta Advantage, Sam Amidon, Ghost Bees, Brian Borcherdt, Timber Timbre and Justin Rutledge to mention a few!  But back to Fred Squire – you may know him from his collaborations with Julie Doiron he has done as seen below as bonus material for this post!

  • *Bonus (and completely different speed) here is one of those B-sides from CVG’s “Soft Airplane” sessions (free download HERE) that features the infamous duo Julie Doiron and Fred Squire.

“I Wish I Was A Dog” – Chad VanGaalen (with Julie Doiron & Fred Squire)

  • *Bonus II – more my speed from the great “Lost Wisdom” album from Mount Eerie

“Flaming Home” – Mount Eerie (with Julie Doiron & Fred Squire)
