I recently picked up his new album (ep), "Ballads, Stripmall" at a show...I think it will be widely available soon. Let me tell you...it will break your heart even more (in a good way;)...the live (in person) versions of these songs rock a little more than on the album which works but the sounds of the street (children playing, bass from cars going by...) on the recording give it a very real and intimate feel.
