This guy just seems to keep coming up on my daily listening adventures due to his great “Gets It On” album from a few years back.
The album is overflowing with ballads meant to be merely whispered to the one next to you…often accompanied by a piano and/or a lone guitar strummed at half speed…

Deft use of harmony alongside a bounty of acoustic guitar go a long way. Mix in a bit of piano and stories about small town life and you have a great idea of an Aaron Espe song.
…Italian music webzine “ondarock” has issued a double “disc” release of Slowcoustic music…features original stuff, existing album demos and even a cover (or two).
