Just a quick one as I am a tad late on this album (even with it only being just over a month old). I kinda glanced over the album and I now wonder what the hell I was thinking. There is beauty in waves on this album driven by gorgeous piano (and heart breathtakingly delicate at times) and Calder’s warm vocals. You would think this album would have surfaced prior due to her inclusion in bands such as The New Pornographers and Immaculate Machine, but alas it was well worth the wait.
