Hayden has a new video out for the track Oh Memory from his latest album Us Alone that came out yesterday. Hayden is also swinging by the Calgary Folk Fest this summer (July 25th – 28th, 2013 with his main-stage show on July 26th). Still really liking this album and I know it will be a top Canadian album for 2013 for me.

Zachary Lucky is working on finishing his newest album called The Ballad of Losing You – so sounds like a bit of a barn burner if I had to say. All kidding aside I am sure it will be another excellent collection of songs from this Saskatchewan folkster. You can contribute/pre-order the album by visiting his IndieGoGo page HERE.

Zach does have another tour coming up and should see a May show here in Calgary as well (tour dates). Watch the teaser/making of video for the new album below and hear a new song in the background that sounds very promising.

To keep this post all Canadian and with more Calgary Content (#MCC), ex-Calgarian Cam Penner has a new album out now and he has a new video for the lead off single/title track for To Build a Fire performed by Penner and long time contributor/band member Jon Wood. The song is a bit more echo-y folk rock for some readers, but is a pretty darn good listen. Cam also has current tour dates on his site which include two back to back days at the Ironwood Stage for June 1 & 2.
