While I am not overly familiar with Amy Schmidt, I found the newly released EP “Scratch Tracks” while perusing the IODA website and Schmidt brings a great EP of what *might* be out-takes to the listening table today. While I don’t know that for sure (that they are official out-takes or stripped down versions of existing songs), I think that I like the sound of this 5 track EP and the look of a woman who wields a banjo in a Nebraska field…yeah.
