Despite first hearing Keaton Henson a couple years ago from the blog post by Craig over at Songs:Illinois about the Sarah Minor video & demo (see here) – I still let Keaton Henson slip through my fingers.  For a guy with a blog called “Slowcoustic”, this seems like a bit of oversight, me thinks.  That is until this past weekend when a long time internet chum reminded me of Henson and his album “Dear…” from last year.  Great album of finger picking fragile sounding folk sounds.  If I had to give you a RIYL, it would be of a musical cross between the guitar work/feel of Will Stratton and the vocal delivery of Puzzle Muteson.  So then, pretty good.

While some of these songs have been out for a while, I just wanted to make sure you all get the reminder just like I did.  Here is Keaton Henson’s video and song Charon for your Monday.
